成立於1990年，投資300萬美元的常鈺實業股份有限公司專注於製造汽車、電子產品及大多數金屬硬體（如在製作精密零件時使用的銅、鋁、鐵金屬）。

技術與設備
常鈺實業股份有限公司的五金廠備有CNC車床及自動車床、鑽孔機、車床及自動車床、鑽孔機、銑床、攻牙機、自動包裝機等設備。
塑膠模具及注塑廠備有超過 50 台射出機，廠牌包括 Borche、Victortaichung、Asianplastic、FANUC、JSW 。此外，為了在產能需求服務作提升，還備有自動上料設備。 針對高精密塑膠零件的生產，還增設了1000級無塵檢測室，採用CCD光學放大鏡40倍對部品進行100％外觀全檢。
本公司也具備優質的精密模具開發能力，備有夏米爾、西部進口線切割加工機，加工精度可到達0.003mm。擁有德國進口針對精密模具CNC加工設備，加工精度也可達0.003mm。以及擁有精密模具鏡面加工設備，牧野、夏米爾進口放電機，精度亦可達到0.003mm。自動化加工配備使用世界頂級EROWA夾治具底座，達到精密、穩定、快速的訴求。全工序包括了量測作業也一體化使用。
另外對於精密塑膠製品的檢測，也備有多款檢測儀器，如3D掃描儀、鹽霧測試儀、水分測試儀、恆溫恆濕檢測儀、2.5D自動影像儀等，來達到高品質良率。
Established in 1990 with 3 millions USD investments, we at JANG YU METAL INDUSTRY CO., LTD. are specializing in manufacturing automobile, electronic and most metal hardware (such as copper, aluminum, iron metals in making precision parts).
By adopting high-end equipments, CNC lathes, CNC automatic lathes, we can provide professional service in manufacturing of versatile electronic metal parts, DIY parts and auto parts. With some additional appliances, the company can also make precision die-casting items; even more POM, TEFLON and PE etc., as well as non-materials to cater to customers’ needs.
Following the expanding of business, in 1996, we recruited hundred of well trained personnel and added new facilities to our China factory in preparation to participate more fully in (new) worldwide opportunities. So far, we have three plants (one for plastic products and two for metal hardware products) there.

JANG YU METAL INDUSTRY CO., LTD.’s hardware factory is equipped with CNC lathes and automatic lathes, drilling machines, lathes and automatic lathes, drilling machines, milling machines, tapping machines, automatic packaging machines and other equipment.
The plastic mold and injection molding facility is equipped with over 50 injection molding machines from brands including Borche, Victortaichung, Asianplastic, FANUC, and JSW. To meet production needs, automated loading equipment is also available. To meet the needs of high-precision plastic parts, a Class 1000 cleanroom has been added, utilizing a 40x CCD optical magnifier for 100% visual inspection of all parts.
Our company also has high-quality precision mold development capabilities, equipped with imported Chamiller and Western wire cutting machines, with a processing accuracy of up to 0.003mm. We also have imported German CNC processing equipment for precision molds, with a processing accuracy of up to 0.003mm. We also have precision mold mirror processing equipment, Makino and Chamiller imported discharge machines, with a precision of up to 0.003mm. Automated processing is equipped with the world’s top EROWA fixture base to achieve precision, stability, and speed. The entire process, including measurement operations, is also integrated.
In addition, for the inspection of precision plastic products, we also have a variety of inspection instruments, such as 3D scanners, salt spray testers, moisture testers, constant temperature and humidity testers, 2.5D automatic imaging devices, etc., to achieve high quality yield.
